1 cycling is good for reducing fat from lower parts of body,so go to school by cycle.
2 Take plenty of warm water.
3 Consume more fruits and vegetables with skin.
4 Sleep at least 7 to 8 hrs.
5 Dont sleep after meal.
6 Take small frequent meal with snacks.
7 Think positive.
