I want to loose weight

Post pregnancy I have put on weight and I have used possible home remedies like cucumber juice, parsley juice with lemon method. I did lemon and honey with warm water early morning. I tried jeera and warm water early morning as well. Also, I tried garcinia cambogia with green coffee extract along with detox as well and were unsuccessful. I got the thyroid test as well and they are also normal. I have also started walking in the treadmill everyday for 45 mins still with no results. Please suggest the possible solution to loose weight. Thank you.

Hello I understand ur concern,although post pregnancy weight is very tough to loose,you can still do it by your strong will,motivation and patience..that's why postnatal diet is very important to prevent long-term obesity I hope your sugar levels are also normal along with 1 tsp  of flex seeds twice a day
