I want to loose weight because of health

I have been on a diet for more than a year and exercising regularly I have hardly lost weight.my diet is one gllass of lime with honey in the morning,then a cup of tea.after some work out I have coffee with skimmed milk with sugar free.for breakfast I have papaya and a glass of protinex with skimmed milk. Lunch is one bowl of broken wheat with ras
