I am a student i am 18 years old but my weight is 80 .even though i have little food.how i to be slim? please tell me? When I stand next to my cousin i feel i am fat.

Hi, Avoid eating chips, pastries and other packaged and junk food. Have at least 4 to 5 servibgs of fruits and veggies daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat less rice. Have controlled portions of food. What's your height? Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Eat less and exercise more Eat in small quantity High fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises.
