Hi,
Avoid eating chips, pastries and other packaged and junk food. Have at least 4 to 5 servibgs of fruits and veggies daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat less rice. Have controlled portions of food. Avoid unnecessary munching of food. For snacks you can have sprouts, fruits, salad, roasted puffed rice etc.
