I need to see your OPG for evaluation but from experience if it is extraction technique then it takes atleast 12 to 18 months for the correction. Please share your details
Next Steps
Take OPG or CBCT
Health Tips
CBCT is helpful for evaluation and for Invisalign treatment.

Extraction depends on the space available or not for the alignment. If there is proper space thn no need of Extraction . Extraction are mainly done to create space for exact tooth alignment and according to the face profile . Clinical evaluation and opg is must clear this . And I prefer slow and steady treatment . Completing it in 6 months is possible but results won't be good enough
