I think I have sprained my neck

2022-07-18 13:17:19
I was working on my desk and I tried to reach out to grab a distant object and got a sharp pain starting from my neck to left shoulder. Since then pain has reduced but any motion involving my shoulder hurts. Is it okay to take an ibuprofen

You should give hot water fomentation for 10-15 minutes twice a day.  You can apply volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. Once the pain subsides you should do neck stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
