I'm having severe toothache & swollen gums since yesterday. Since I'm pregnant, can not take any medicine. Please help.

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give only temporary relief from pain. visit a dentist and get it checked. Pain could be due to infection to the root of the tooth. Under the consent of your gynaecologist, treatment can be done.
