Hi To reduce weight you need to follow low calorie healthy balanced diet plan. Always remember lose weight in the healthy manner and according to your likes and dislikes. If you follow any random diet plan and it's not according to your likes and dislikes then the weight May bounce back later and you will start eating your favourite foods later.
