I have been taking thyronorm 88 once day in morning but today I accidentally took at night also will it cause any harm

One extra tablet usually won't cause any problem. But be careful next time and such confusion/mistakes can be avoided by labeling the medicines properly

Not really One additional dose is not going to put into hyperthyroidism. So relax.
