I have flat foots by birth .

If it's by birth u need to use medical longitudinal arch support with hathi pad ( heel cup) for both arch management and prevention of  hyper pronation of feet. .. As congenial deformity doesnt get corrected although we have many more orthotics option which helps a lot to overcome issues..

Arches or arched footwears  specially made for flat foot are available at the stores... Othrrwise consult a orthopedic surgeon.

Flat feet can be due to some structural problems in the foot. If you are assessed properly then if there is a structural issue, surgery will improve it. If there is no structural issue physiotherapy sometimes helps. Using an arch without assessment is not ideal as you may not get complete benefit from the arch support. Hope this helps. Are you walking differently bcoz of the flat feet? Get yourself checked. There are many arches available in the market, although you can go for a personalised one, as per your feet.

Hi If your flat foot is from birth you can use arch support in your foot ware & try to use same support when your at home also ..you can also do some foot exercises like crushing the paper & holding paper between to fingers..
