The first thing you need to do is get some professional help to help you manage anxiety, vomiting, digestion problems, nausea and emotions. Consult a psychologist and go for therapy. There are different types of therapy and according to your issue, they will guide you forward. Therapy will help you reflect on your thoughts and actions and help you replace unhealthy thought patterns with healthy ones. It will help you manage your anxiety and other issues better and help you live a little easier!
Before therapy, start by trying to take care of yourself. Get a full check up at least every six months and get into the habit of exercising regularly, eating healthy and practicing mindfulness. These are a few things you could do to help yourself. Donât forget to take , long, deep, breaths if you start feeling anxious. Inhale, slow and steady and exhale all that stress!
