I am unable to concentrate on study, my whole body vibrating inside, loose focus while studying problem during study, unable to understand question and also their solution, body is also feeling very loose always

You seem to be suffering from anxiety. You can get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist and take help either through Medicine or counselling
