I think you are overthinking and worrying about small to big issues. Are doubts coming to your mind? I think you are leading by your apprehensions which are making you tensed. I must suggest you must seek some professional help to come out of it. The reason is to get out of the problem you first need to identify the exact problem and its cause. You alone wont be able to do that if you are so much stressed and worrying. Initial 3 4 sessions will help you to get to the core issue. Once you start identifying your problems. You, yourself will be able to find out the solutions.
