As per physical examination by Dr I am suffering from thrombosed piles is there any treatment for that so that the blod clot can remove from the piles

Thrombectomy ie small incision and removal of the clot under local anesthesia is the preferred treatment. Other option is to allow clots in the external hemorrhoids to be slowly absorbed by the body over several weeks. You can try hot baths, ointments or creams for the discomfort.
