Hi, I need more details like your height etc c. To help you. When did you have the baby? Try to include atleast 30 mins of brisk cardio activity in your routine. Put your baby in the pram and take her/ him with you for an evening walk. Get a good night's rest or try to sleep when your baby sleeps.
