From past 2 weeks i am having pain in my lower back. It happened when i woke up after working out in the gym the previous day and it is still there. I have used many ointments like iodex and volini and even tool pain killers but nothing is working.
Back pain with out leg pain mainly treated with physio. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Once pain is controlled back strengthening exercises.
