Health anxiety is a typical worry problem. Worrying is like sitting on a rocking chair that goes no where. As a safety behaviour people keep seeing doctors etc. The thoughts that add these compulsions need to be worked upon. There is a connection we have of thoughts and our physical (body) sensations. This sometimes is wrong interpretation and needs a change.
