I am having a high bp since one month, averaging 147/100 with bleeding from right nostril and redness in right eye.please advise. I am regular drinker.

Step 1 If you think you can slowly cut down your alcohol do it otherwise consult a psychiatrist for de addiction Step 2 Start antihypertensive drugs if not already . Get an Eye consultation Get blood tests ( Kidney FT , PT INR ,Lipid profile ) Step 3 Start daily physical activity for about 1 hour Step 4 Reduce Salt intake to its minimum Change your diet to healthy one with less fats and more fruits .
