I am 53 year old and 80 kg . Sometimes my pressure is 130/90 sometimes 140/99 . Sometimes when I have headache it's 150/93 and sometimes it's 124/80 . I am very scared. What should I do ? What is wrong with me ? Why is it fluctuating so much? Should I take medicines? I don't have any other ailments like diabetes .

If you are really scared you would have gone to a General Physician in your area. With the weight of 80 kg, at the age of 53 years and fluctuating BP no one is going to wait to collect opinions. He/ she will be more interested in getting a proper treatment.
