How to save tooth enamel

My tooth enamel is coming off, I don't take sodas on any acidic drinks, however I do take frequent tomatoes and pomegranate and lemon, I have a moderate bite force and make sure my teeth doesn't collide while sleeping or in general, it's minimal collision, I'm also planning to have a mouth guard. How can I protect my tooth enamel?

Hello, As per your complain it seems that you have attrition instead of erosion. Attrition of tooth is due to many reasons in your case it seems due to bruxism. Bruxism is a parafunctional habit. It is unconsciously grinding/gnashing of teeth. Thus can be due stress, anxiety, malocclusion and many more. Enamel loss due to soda or a acid is called as erosion and erosion have a different pattern. So, first visit a dentist to find the etiology.
Next Steps
Get a night gaurd and wear it daily. Reduce stress and anxiety.

Yes you can go for bite guard as you are saying that you dont have habit of teeth grinding during sleep thats good but after that you have enamel loss so you have to check any other habits like habit of chewing something hard like supari ,sonf and any other habit that cause enamel loss if   you have this kind of habit then you should quit that habit.sodas and some preservatives also cause enamel loss so try to avoid it
Next Steps
if you have any sensitivity due to enamel loss you can go for some sensitivity tooth paste.
