How to refeed after water fasting?

This is my first and last time water fasting because I am going to continue with intermittent fasting/OMAD after completion. I am definite that I will not go back to the same unhealthy eating habits. This fast is for 2 weeks. However, I don't know anything about refeeding & how many days until I refeed and get back onto real food. Please tell me the duration of refeed and what I can consume during the refeeding period. Watermelon, apple?

Any fruits,juice,tendercoconut,buttermilk,milk, soup,veg stalk,all substitute water . Cucumber,gaurds,lauki,palak,methi,onion all have the max water content.
