Many times we don't know how to deal with a stressor, then feel like oho...no...I can't.....then we either fly away from that . When there is no flying away then we make our self strong enough to face it ..right.
This is know as learning about how to cope ... Adoption. When can't able to cope then ....we feel depressed and sad.
Who will take care of the baby....it's you right...baby needs you ....
On evaluation I feel, well we can definitely help you ... It's not the biggest problem of your life and you know that.... You can deal with it....
