Plz tell me the solutions to reduce my stomach fat...and I want the solution how to wak up early because I don't wake up early in the morning

Don't eat rice or wheat or their products in dinner for waking up early. In early morning drink a glass warm water, you can also have cinnamon boil warm water and later add lemon to it and drink. In whole day drink as much water as you can, it should be more than 3 litres. Diet should be low in calories, good in proteins and high in fibre. Take flax seeds after every meal. This will help for weight management. Include more of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
