Hi welcome - I advice only way to loose & maintaing body just have low calorie low fat but high normal protien based diet. Continue your gym practice. I advice you at early morning 2 kms brisk walking with some free hand Exercises, yoga ,fat burn poses three times daily. Sleep at night 7 hours , add more vegetables, some fruits at afternoon. Whey protein not mandatory but simple home base protien nrich meals .
