Give her more vegetables cooked,fruits and cooked sprouts .Avoid rice wheat,carbohydrates .Eat millets in all the meals.
Intake ghee instead of oil.
Avoid nonveg,fastfoods,bakery foods,spicy masala foods.
Millets can be cooked into khichdi,kheer,gruel.with vegetables.
