Hi good to see your queries. there are three parameters if maintaining healthy & over all fit.First meal plans, I.e diet , Exercise or normal moderate activities, over all lifestyles. So u maintain ratio proportionately. IT people are having sedentary lifestyle sitting at a place working long hours. Even they v wrong meals out side with heavy saturated fats.so G.I ,Cardiac disorders are very common. I hope u can focus all three parameters to keep yourself healthy
