I am having my class 12 board exam on November this year,So I am very much tensed of my exams and due to which fear comes in my mind and i becomes unable to sleep as well sometimes.Although i am studying hard but thus there is any technique to maintain our mental health during exams so that fear doesn't comes to our mind?Please suggest me some tips here.
Please make a schedule for studies. Have a systematic way of sleeping, getting up, walking outside, spending some time with family and friends etc.
Eat healthy, sleep on time , get on time, and have positive thoughts ..
