How many months antibiotics should use
Dear sir/mam,
I faced a major accident before 6months ago from 6 months I am talking farowell antibiotic,
I want to know that I should continue antibiotic or should stop this,

Use of antibiotics depends on condition of wound.. but still its better to get grafting if it's already been 6 months but in case you have shortage of money .. get dressing every 2-3 days and wait it will take time. Antibiotics will be required only if active infection noticed by doctor during followup

Farowell is a strong antibiotic . It is never used for more than a week or 10 days. If it is not working, the antibiotic should be changed. Well that is way beyond the timeline , we do not prescribe antibiotics for this long as it may lead to resistance and other side effects wich come along with it
