It is better to go for composite  veneering to change your teeth shade. Bleaching  will cost you more and it is for very less time, after few days your teeth again become dull.

For sparkling teeth I.e change of shade of teeth... u can either bleach them,put composite veneers but the permanent but a bit expensive option will be E-Max veneers...they look amazing and also last for many many years...
