Hello. I am having pain in ankles. My Dr recommend above test. Taking 2nd opinion, is that test for ankle pain and what's the purpose of this test.. Thank u!

Apply ice If swelling is der use crep bandage Avoid exertion like long time standing walking and climbing Need to take ultrasound therapy to reduce pain and swelling
