Hip to. Knee pain

2017-04-07 11:20:51
I am having pain in my hip to knee in my right leg..also in the shoulder region of my right hand.... It's been around 2 weeks.... I suspect that it is due to anterior pelvic tilt since I can see an apparent exaggerated lumbar curve also my pain aggravates when I try to. Maintain proper poster by trying to pull my hip inside.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
