Hip Drop Right Side

I am having right hip drop. Feels like it is very weak. It is affecting my balance while walking. Is this normal? What other problems can it cause in long term if not corrected? How can I correct it?

Hi It is due to imbalance of pelvic muscles Mainly Quadrilateral muscles of lateral spine is weak of right side and if it is not treated it can cause problem in walking and may cause deformity in later stage.

One side of your hip muscles would have been weak.  There are different factors which leads to weakness. You should consult a physiotherapist or Neuro physician in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Hi, There could be many reasons for hip drop. It's important to know the cause first. If not corrected, biomechanics of that complete line will be affected. Also, weight distribution becomes improper(you might start putting more weight on one side of the body which may in turn cause vague pains on that side), gait abnormality.
