Hi doctor I have thyroid problems since 10 years .my recent TSH value will be high.    T3.-57                                                              T4-3.3                                                         Tsh-115.22                                                          FT3 - 2.18                                                        FT4-0.5  and I did ultrasound scan also the impression will be (Diffuse mild Thyroid Enlargement with Inhomogeneous Texture-s/o Thyroiditis. Actually am taking medicine from my family general physician itself for managing tyroxin tablet does, but this time I did selx examine for both ultrasound and blood test. And my doctor said there is infection in tyroid gland. It's over come after treatment of infection and balancing dose of tablets ..need not concern any endocrinologist...pls suggest me if I need to concern in this situation..or it's normal.
