High SGOT & SGPT with high bilirubin

Hello doctor,I did my liver function test today, photo attached,my bilirubin level is 1.36mg/dl and bilirubin direct is 0.64 mg/dl,SGOT 46 IU/L,SGPT 68 IU/L,is this danger ? Is this symptoms of anything? Please answer me.
