High PDW and low MCV in last blood test

Recent blood test revealed that my mother has 34.8% HCT, 82.9 fl MCV, 26.6 pg MCH, 17.3% RDW-CV and 14.82 Leukocyte Count (10^3/microlitre). She has also shown 13.4 fl MPV and 35.5 fl PDW. She is on recovery from a recent bout of bronchitis and has been taking Duolin, Budetrol inhalers, Clavam 625, Defcort 12 with Rapitus Plus and Ascoril SF syrups. What should be our next step ? Please help.
