High fever in Typhoid

I am suffering from typhoid since last week..and having fever around 103.2..taken the three times prescribed dose of paracetamol 650..fever comes and goes in two hours after taking medicine..is it okay to take paracetamol in 6 hours gap again?? Plz suggest

If it is a confirmed diagnosis of Typhoid then you should consult a General Physician with your reports. Fever is not going to be cured by Paracetamol alone.
