High D Dimer levels

2024-05-28 18:38:00
I got my d dimer test done from 3 different labs and it was high and almost aligned in case of two labs with results of 348ng/ml ddu and 724 ng/ml or 1548 ng/ml FEU. Doctor asked me to undergo ECHO, CTPA and Legs Doppler ultrasound all of which came out to be normal. What could be the reason for high d dimer if tests reports are fine and blood report is also fine.

Please ask your Doctor who has examined you. There is no point in giving a theory lecture on the causes of high d Dimer.
