High Cholesterol Level

2022-11-17 11:20:32
My Lipid Profile parameters are out of the ideal range. Total Cholesterol is 239 mg/ dl with HDL being 31.20 mg/ dl  and LDL being 162.72 mg/ dl. What changes should I make in my lifestyle? Do you suggest anything else to get the cholesterol levels within the ideal range?

Hello Be physically more active. Go for regular walks daily, this will help you to increase HDL levels. Do aerobics. Avoid refined, processed, fried foods and sugary drinks completely. Have more of sprouts, salads, vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Don't drink water with meals, keep a gap of atleast 30-40 minutes. Hello! Avoid all processed foods(as they have high amount of hidden sugars ,and salts). Lessen your fat intake(2 teaspoon in a day). Eat your dinner early ,and in less amount. And,most important thing which will help you is exercise. You will find amazing results, if you stick to it within 6 weeks. Stay blessed. Thankyou!
