My weight has increased a lot due to which my cholesterol leavel has increased which I got checked this week only. I need a proper diet chart to reduce my weight and cholesterol level of 244.

you just have to take low fat low cholesterol diet as adviced with plenty of liquids including lemon water thrice a day with luke warm plain water without salt/ sugar, along with moderate proteint

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.
