  4. High bp medicine. Please guide me.

My mother's bp is 140/90 so Dr told her to take amlong 5mg once a day she is 48 years old. But my sister insists that bp should be checked everyday at home on the automatic machine and then if bp is high then only take medicine or else skip.. She is not willing to listen to us that we should take medicine everyday.. please guide me. Thanks

Antihypertensive medicines can't be taken as needed.If the medicine is prescribed ,it should be taken daily to control the BP

Your mother if hypertensive And advised to take Amlomg 5 mg daily Shld b taking it regularly abd not erratically as per choice Keep monitoring her BP daily If gets low as in less than 110 / 70 Consult the doctor then
