While randomly sitting I check my blood pressure three time and it is 155/84 , 165/88 and 145/ 86 is this bp normal or should consult a doctor

Check BP 2 times a day for 3 days. Salt restriction less than 5g per day. Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid oily foods and junk foods.
