Since last week I am expriencing high blood pressure 150 /100 and I am not getting proper sleep. If I get sleep suddenly I wake up and after that no sleep. I never had BP. I went to a doctor he asked me to monitor the BP reading for 1 week however there was not much improvement in the reading.
