High alkaline phosphatase is seen in liver abnormalities and bone diseases
But your result shows only a slight change ,and to be liver specific liver enzymes like ALT and AST are also rise.
Additionally, lifestyle factors, medication, and certain supplements can raise alkaline phosphatase levels.
