Based on the ct scan report it looks like metastatic cancer of lung .
Next Steps
Will need to do biopsy from the most accessible site and also pet scan to look for any other site of metastases
Health Tips
After biopsy we need to go for Ngs panel to look for molecular cause as we have many best treatments based in that
