Painless bleeding during defecation is a prime sign of first-grade internal Hemorrhoids. Now you should keep stool soft. For that increase fiber intake, increase fluid intake. If it does not make stool soft, try some over-the-counter stool softener like 1 teaspoon of Softolax/ Softovac powder with warm water at night. Besides this do not strain too much during defecation. Do not spend a long time on toilet sit max. 5 minutes. If problem persists you should consult a nearby proctologist....

As you are breastfeeding and experiencing internal hemorrhoids with bleeding but no pain, here are some safe and effective Ayurvedic remedies to heal hemorrhoids and balance your Pitta dosha: 1. Dietary Modifications: Increase Fiber Intake: Include foods like whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits (e.g., papaya, banana, and pomegranate), and soaked raisins to ease bowel movements. Hydration: Drink 2.5–3 liters of lukewarm water daily to prevent constipation. Avoid Pitta-Aggravating Foods: Reduce spicy, oily, and sour foods (e.g., pickles, chilies, and fried items). 2. Ayurvedic Remedies: Triphala Churna: Mix 1 tsp of Triphala in warm water and take it at bedtime to aid smooth bowel movements. Kumari (Aloe Vera) Juice: Consume 20–30 ml of fresh Aloe Vera juice daily on an empty stomach. It soothes Pitta and supports healing. Kutajarishta: Take 2 tsp of Kutajarishta with an equal amount of water twice daily after meals to control bleeding. 3. External Applications: Panchavalkala Sitz Bath: Boil water with Panchavalkala powder (available in Ayurvedic stores) and sit in the warm decoction for 10–15 minutes daily. It reduces inflammation and promotes healing. Coconut Oil or Ghee: Apply externally around the anal region to soothe irritation and promote healing. 4. Lifestyle Tips: Avoid straining during bowel movements. Practice mild physical activity like walking or yoga to improve digestion and circulation. Ensure regular sleep patterns to keep Pitta in balance. Important Note: Since you are breastfeeding, avoid strong purgatives or medicines that could affect your milk supply. If the bleeding persists beyond a week or worsens, consult an Ayurvedic physician or proctologist for personalized treatment. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
