Mid January hemoglobin was 7.5 and that esr value 40mm And take 1 month iron peels, after don't test July little bit tiredness and late preoid came Then I take again iron peels for 1 month After I tested, hemoglobin 10 What's the main reason Is any thing serious? Please recommend me any medicine
