Help me for maintaining healthy heart

Respected sir or mam plz guide me . .for maintaining a healthy life style and healthy hearts and maintaining a healthy bloodpresure . mostly i do morning running jogging 1 hours eveyday and which foods .and fruits and vegetables consumption everyday  is good for maintaining a healthy hearts .. Mostly in morning everyday i take 1 full plate of fruits in my breakfast. 1 apple.orange.mosambi.beetroots red.carrots and mostly I eat half plate of fruits in my breakfast . ..drinking green tea after breakfast planing to add avacado fruits in diet Lunch I take 3 chapattis with a multigrain atta .. With a boil vegetables by adding a pinch of himalyan pink rock salt Evening I do zym 1 hours and do after zyming brisk walking 15 minutes and I come home take water drink green tea in night I take 3 multigrain atta roti. Im 6 feet tall im over weight want to lose weight too im 105 kg that time 6feet tall guy by doing dash diet I lost 10 kg now im 95 kg what is my exctual goods weight
