Hello dear doctor.
I need help to improve my daughter memory power . She is 5 year old . Weight 18 kg.. She is very weak in studies. After 1 year of school even she don't know 1-10 number. She write it daily but next again blank. Please suggest medicine to improve her memory power

Its a matter of concern.
You can give your daughter :
1.Baryta carb.30(3 drops thrice a day in one tap of water thrice a day before 15 minutes of meal).
2.Bacopa monnieri Q (10 drops in 1/4th cup of water thrice a day)
Give her for 14 days.
If you will definitely see a bit improvement in her.
But for more better results her case evaluation is must needed to give more appropriate medicine.
