I have a lot of pain in my knees I have trouble in getting up from a chair or getting up from floor My legs get stiff and the pain is very heavy

Any MRI done for the back ???? If not kindly get it done Any history of trauma or lifting heavy weight ?? Kindly get an MRI done and review it to your nearest orthopaedic
