I just have this constant re-thinking in my mind that I might have a heart attack. I'm 23 but i just am afraid of it every time I mean the idea of uncertainty keeps popping up now and then, what should i do? And i read somewhere if i keep thinking something so often it will happen so how much of this is true on respect to heart health?

Hi Dear Practo User If I understand you correctly, you r doing constant re thinking , this a symptom of anxious or somatic preoccupation. This happens most commonly in anxiety disorder. I need to know little bit more about your mood. R you feeling anxious or sad. R u able concentrate on ur studies. R u able to enjoy things. What about your sleep n appetite. If all r affected , they you have mixed anxiety depression. Well what ever it , you should not be panic. It's treatable.
